I assume the "fix" was this checkin:

That does not fix this bug, which is summarized in comment #1. It fixes perhaps
another one. Most of your comments and questions here seem to be addressing
this phantom bug (which I assume is summarized "support xxx type of ruby"),
rather than the actual one hsivonen filed, so I can understand the confusion.
But the bug hsivonen filed is not fixed by this checkin.
