does not prove information useful for this discussion.  

In the case of dl, there can be several (dt, dd) pairs.
In the case of ruby, only one pair is allowed.  Thus, 
error recovery is different.  That's all.

I wrote: "All arguments against rt apply to dt.".  I have 
seen two arguments.  The argument that rb is not widely 
used is very incorrect.  The argument that span is 
always available certainly applies to dt.

I would like to ask this issue be discussed by the WG, 
which certainly has developers of existing browsers.
