[i18n-drafts] [questions/qa-scripts] Unicode definition of script (#534)

xfq has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/i18n-drafts:

== [questions/qa-scripts]  Unicode definition of script ==
https://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-scripts#what

> The [Unicode Consortium's glossary](https://www.unicode.org/glossary/) uses the following definition:
>
> > Script: a collection of symbols used to represent text in one or more writing systems.

They seem to have updated the definition:

> Script: A collection of letters and other written signs used to represent textual information in one or more writing systems. For example, Russian is written with a subset of the Cyrillic script; Ukrainian is written with a different subset. The Japanese writing system uses several scripts.
