Re: [i18n-activity] Should rubyOverhang:allow overlap ideographs in Japanese?

We seem to have missed a request for review of the decision on this at the start of the year.

The spec still contains the text

> In the absence of implementation specific requirements, ruby text content should be allowed to overhang ruby base content only when the base text is in any of the following character classes as defined by [JLREQ], Appendix A, Character Classes:
>     hiragana
> 
>     ideographic
> 
>     punctuationMarks
> 
> Note: See [JLREQ], ยง3.3.8, Adjustments of Ruby with Length Longer than that of the Base Characters for further information.

ie. the original suggestion that ideographic doesn't belong in the list has not been accepted.

What to do?
