– Validating with W3C validator and fixing all the errors;
– Using HTMLTidy to clean the HTML, limiting to 80 chars per line, 
etc.;
– Since the diffs are too large for Github to show visually, I have a 
diff report generated as HTML which can be downloaded from 
[here](https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7e3aAsGonX5MzFCS3B5MG9pVTg);
– Added the script with HTMLTidy settings used to the repository.
