Re: [alreq] Arabic decimal/thousand separator

A rapid look, I found the (%) sign sometime after sometime before the 
number. 
In an official printed Moroccan document. It is the normal (%) signed 
which is used. See pictures.

About the Arabic percent sign (٪), it is "less used". However, I found
 some other document with both signs. See pictures.
