Microsoft layout does not show Arabic-Indic numbers and associated symbols as Windows converts ASCII digits to localised ones on the fly based on the locale (at least in Arabic), so they keypoard layout has 1…9%, etc, but based on locale what you will be seeing in Windows is ١…٩٪. -- GitHub Notification of comment by khaledhosny Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/alreq/issues/49#issuecomment-222910875 using your GitHub account
