The following commits were just pushed by r12a to https://github.com/w3c/clreq: * copy pasted zh-hans text into document for sections 1 and 2 marked up temporarily with .checkme blue background, to indicate that it still needs checking. zh-hans markup with yellow background still needs to have the translation supplied, and is for now a copy of the zh text. by r12a https://github.com/w3c/clreq/commit/386b5ae3019547ef3a1dbf9e91ea4a10a87db148
