Mostafa: Pull request #89 covers three issues. The first issue
is #49. I included number symbols from CLDR. That solves some
of the issues. But we are excluding ASCII characters, so minus
    sign for Arabic is excluded.
... What do you think about that?

Richard: On a side note: our wording in the document about
excluding ASCII characters can be improved.
... We are assuming that ASCII is by default part of the
    characters used.

    Mostafa: +1

Richard: We can include ASCII characters.

    Mostafa: +1

    Behnam: +1
... We also have to see how ASCII digits are used in, for
    example, Morocco.
... And their related percent sign.

Mostafa: The next issue that I have included in my PR is #66.
... I have changed alt text of character images to character
names instead of characters themselves. Because of control
    characters.
... The next issue is #52.
... Selecting proper symbols for the language columns.

    Behnam: Reviewing action items.

Behnam: It was about justification. I posted a summary on issue
    #57.
... I added some modern cases of applying justification
    techniques.

Richard: At some point we want to add some texts out of these
    discussions to the document.

Mostafa: That’s my plan when I want to update the justification
    draft.
... Action-79 is done. My other action is still ongoing.
