GSOC 2017 - Hydra/Python

Hi all,

I am happy to communicate that two students have been accepted by Google
Summer Of Code to follow our proposal for a HYDRA-enabled Python server and
low-level-client.
The students will be engaged full-time in coding starting from the end of
May.
Mentors that are going to follow this effort with me are Kristian and
Matteo (in cc). Anybody interested in helping can follow on Github (
github.com/http-apis/hydrus ) and Gitter ( https://gitter.im/HTTP-APIs/Lobby ).
Students will participate in the mailing list also and in the Slack channel.
