Hi Dietrich, I'd propose to decide the agenda with the group, perhaps on the wiki. As far as I'm concerned, I want to put architecture and the client on the agenda. The first call will probably also be a round of introductions and expectations, and aligning those expectations together. As far as decisions are concerned, I expect some broad agreements on directions (with more fine-grained decisions in the following weeks). Just my two cents; input welcome. Best, Ruben
