Call for consensus on the name of the datatype for RFC6570 IRI templates and naming conventions in general (ISSUE-17)

The straw poll regarding the capitalization of datatypes [1] showed a clear
preference for capitalizing them. Furthermore, a preference for
hydra:Rfc6570Template was expressed. Thus, the proposal is to establish
naming conventions that follow this pattern.

This serves as a call for consensus. Before I proceed with marking ISSUE-17
[2] as resolved and implementing the changes in the spec, I would like to
ask if anyone has any concerns or objections against this proposal.

Please submit your comments by Sunday, January 18th.
