Hydra Community Group Launched

Hello everyone,

I'm happy to announce the launch of the Hydra Community Group and would like
to thank everyone who made it possible.

I would propose we give people a bit more time to join the group and will
get started next week. We will probably need some time to get to know each
other and the current version of Hydra well enough before we will really get
productive.

Let's start with introducing ourselves next week and see if we can get some
discussion about our goals and roadmap started. In the meantime, help to
spread the word.
