As discussed in #39, it would be useful if `hydra:error` responses were compatible with [RFC 7807](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7807). Defining a `@context` for `application/problem+json` that defines `"instance": "@id"` should achieve what @RubenVerborgh is after, I believe.
