Minutes: 1st HTTPSLocal CG F2F at TPAC 2018 in Lyon

Hi All,

At TPAC 2018 in Lyon last week, HTTPS in Local Network CG had the first
face-to-face meeting since the CG had launched last year. Although I
(Tomoyuki) couldn't join the meeting due to my another business, I'm so
much glad to hear from the other co-chairs that the CG had constructive
discussions.
