For questions like these a good place where you can have a chance to get
some answers is real time is on IRC either on #respimg on irc.w3c.org or on
#whatwg on irc.freenode.net. If you don’t already have an IRC client set
up, there are some Web gateways you can use:

  http://irc.w3.org/?channels=respimg

The hours when there are the most people around there who can help answer
question are CET morning hours through US/West evening hours, especially in
the window of time where working hours in those two overlap (so overall
from around 07:00 UTC to 23:00 UTC, with the sweet spot around 16:00 to
21:00 UTC).
