The following features were removed from the Canvas 2D context CR spec.

Path objects and associated members
scrollPathIntoView
Ellipse
Hit Regions
Text metrics - all except width 
DrawingStyle

Also removed at-risk boilerplate line

These features are still in the Canvas 2D Context Level 2.
