Summary: Avoid firing unload event in a browsing context more
                    than once
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML5 spec
        AssignedTo: silviapfeiffer1@gmail.com
        ReportedBy: silviapfeiffer1@gmail.com
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org,
                    public-html@w3.org

Step one to making navigation and traversal saner: Just flat out prevent
'unload' from ever firing twice in a browsing context.

This will merge in the following WHATWG patch:

https://github.com/w3c/html/commit/412a5dd467fa9fb9d51bfcffe7f01dd2576017b1
