Summary: Remove addElement() from drag and drop interface
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML5 spec
        AssignedTo: silviapfeiffer1@gmail.com
        ReportedBy: silviapfeiffer1@gmail.com
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org,
                    public-html@w3.org

This removes a feature that is not compatibly implemented.

This will apply the following WHATWG patch:
https://github.com/w3c/html/commit/1f9a5cb6dff2ba15a47dacab02f9b70f81a7dc39

Comment:
Drop addElement() since Gecko doesn't implement it right and nobody implements
it at all.
