HTML5 re-inclusion of abbr attribute on th elements

Hi all,

FYI

there is a patch [1] for adding the abbr attribute back into html5.

it probably easier to review the patch text [2] in situ from the whatwg
spec.

I suggest if you have any comments file them on the associated bug [3]
