As we have received no objections to the HTML WG holding a F2F meeting on May 3/4 in Silicon Valley, CA, the chairs are issuing a call for consensus on the F2F meeting proposal.

If no objections are raised to this call by Fri Mar 10, 2012, we will go ahead with planning for this F2F meeting.

This is a Last Call for objections to the HTML WG holding a F2F meeting on May 3/4 in Silicon Valley. The meeting facilities will be provided by Microsoft.

Subject: May face-to-face meetings for HTML and WebApps

Folks,

We found a host for a potential meeting in the first week of May.
Microsoft kindly agreed to give us space in the Silicon Valley.

So, here is a revised proposal:

- WebApps WG: May 1/2 (Tuesday/Wednesday)
- HTML WG: May 3/4 (Thursday/Friday)
- WebAppSec: May 2/3 (Wednesday/Thursday)

Is anybody aware of potential conflicts?

I asked the Chairs to ask for objections to those dates as well, so speak up if you feel like it.

Note that this meeting would be in addition to the TPAC 2012 in November (Lyon, France).

Thank you,

Philippe
