The editorial fixes and bug fixes that I staged for HTML5.0 CR in the
GitHub branch
https://github.com/w3c/html/commits/editorial_fixes
have now been merged into master.

This includes:
* a patch for bug https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=13359
* WHATWG commits 7279
