Re: Updating Change Proposals for ISSUE-195 form-http-req

I've updated the change proposal for ISSUE-195 form-http-req:

http://www.w3.org/wiki/User:Cjones/ISSUE-195

The changes include the addition of a "use cases" section to the
rationale which documents the high level use cases.

I've dropped the inclusion of the "async" form attribute, the
reasoning for this is because the reliance on javascript is orthogonal
to the primary use cases which detracts from the overall strength of
the proposal. The benefits of the attribute are a valuable addition,
but non-essential, so i'll move this work into HTML.next

The proposal is submitted as a candidate ready to proceed to survey.

Thanks,
Cameron Jones
