1) If someone from Microsoft is going to become the editor the "Details"  
section of the CP is incorrect. 2) Is someone from Microsoft becoming the  
editor of that document and publishing that document part of this CP and  
CfC for this CP or not? It's not clear from your boilerplate text or the  
"Details" section of the CP.
