Bugzilla, the form in the spec, and this very mailing list are all
appropriate tools to submit LC comments with.  If you think Bugzilla
is too difficult (I agree), use one of the other two.  If you want a
fourth tool and are willing to build it, we'd welcome the effort.  ^_^
