Include "autofocus" in the list of "The following content attributes must not
be specified and do not apply to the element" for <input type="hidden"> ::
http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/states-of-the-type-attribute.html#hidden-state

Autofocus focuses on the control, "allowing the user to just start typing
without having to manually focus the main control" - hidden elements cannot be
focused on because there is no place for typing.

https://developer.mozilla.org/en/HTML/HTML5/Forms_in_HTML5#The_autofocus_attribute
claims autofocus cannot be applied to type="hidden" for that reason, but it's
not in the current list of content attributes that must not be specified for
hidden.
