Thanks for the feedback Tab.

As noted in the Change Proposal, I am not wed to the element name and 
welcome all suggestions (on behalf of the Working Group) - what is important 
to me is the creation of a new child element of video so that we can 
leverage the power of both accessibility and i18n attributes more fully. If 
this broader concept is acknowledged and accepted, we can call it whatever 
the collective group-think deems most useful.
