Your request to Ian occurred in [1] on Jan 19.  Since your comment two experts on two browser implementations have provided further feedback.   I assume that Ian will get back to us in a timely fashion and since ISSUE-129 [2] is not immediately up for further processing (as explained by Sam), I think we should give him some time here.
