SUMMARY Optimize the spec's editorial stle for legibility. RATIONALE The specification needs to give an at-a-glance non-normative description of the link relationships it defines. Since link relationsips can be used both on <link> and on <a>/<area>, and since that is the axis along which the link relationship differ, the most useful set of columns to provide in the non-normative table is the set containing one column for <link> and one column for <a>/<area>. DETAILS No immediate change; continue to give the editor discretion on such purely editorial matters. NORMATIVE IMPACT None. This is a non-normative table we're talking about.
