Summary: radio and checkbox elements should not be valid
                    without an associated label
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: a11y, a11ytf
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson)
        AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch
        ReportedBy: cyns@microsoft.com
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org,
                    public-html@w3.org

it is unclear from the spec whether it is valid to have a checkbox or radio
button without a label. It should not be valid, as these are required for
accessibility.
