Summary: <video> element needs to support some form of parental
                    control solution
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson)
        AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch
        ReportedBy: jfoliot@stanford.edu
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org,
                    public-html@w3.org

If < video > is to see widespread adoption by commercial content providers,
then there must be a means to support some form of native filtering system (aka
Parental Controls) that content producers can use
