1. The first part of filed bug has not been addressed adequately: so have
created a new bug http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=10591
2. thanks for pointing out the duplication of the second part, I have marked
this bug as a duplicate. and removed it from escalation
