Colleagues:

Just a quick note to inform you that the additional tweaks arising out
of our participation at Open Subtitles have now been incorporated in the
User Requirements document.

1.)     A paragraph (and a few sentence tweaks) were added to Sec. 2.5
as we now have a solid, HTML5-based example of what we talk about in
that section.

2.)     Tweaks to the verbs describing open and closed captions, because
we mean to discourage the old analog broadcast behavior of burning
captions into the video itself.

These are the only edits we have made to this document since we announced it here back in August. So, if there are comments or suggestions we should discuss, please make them known very soon as the WG Chairs are looking to close this phase of our work on Issue-9: Media Accessibility.
