http://zappos.com (definitely uses preloading technique, so it WILL break,
but unclear exactly what the symptoms of breakage are)
       $LAB
       .script('/js/main.p.20101013182507.js')
       .script('http://api.choicestream.com/instr/csanywhere.js')
       .wait()
       .script('/js/home.p.20101013182507.js')
       .wait();

http://www.flensed.com (symptom: twitter feed fails to load)

http://blog.getify.com (symptom: twitter feed fails to load)

I'll ask on twitter for other examples. I know of lots of people who are
using it in this way, but I don't have URL's exactly at my fingertips at the
moment.
