Potential HTML WG TPAC Testing Discussion Items

Below is a few potential discussion topics on testing, sending this out now so folks can process before Thursdays TPAC meeting.

#1 Recap of the 1st year of the testing task force and discuss what the group should deliver in the next year as we get to last call
#2 How to participate in the task force (Bugzilla, Hg, meetings, IRC, list, wiki)
#3 Test Harness - comes up a lot (Ref tests, script based tests, self-describing tests)
