links with the HTML5 spec are messed up

There may have been an email on this already, and I missed it, but the 
links within the HTML spec Section 6, WebAPIs, are all messed up.

Example, this:

http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/webappapis.html#timers

Results in an error.

Seems to be only Section 6 that has the problem.
