Sorry, there is not a mention of form attribute in object there 
either.
Since there are not that many elements that can need to be identified 
as potentially including a form attr, maybe list
button fieldset input keygen object output select textarea
with form so that would be of some help in reminding us:)
Now I see form in Permitted attributes list with object.
