I applied the first change, and changed "a larger specifications being 
produced by the WHATWG" to "a specification published by the WHATWG". I 
couldn't do the suggested change because it would have involved either two 
adjacent links ("WHATWG" and "specification") or two nested links (one for 
"a specification" and one for "WHATWG"). If the problem was just a matter 
of clarity, hopefully the resulting paragraph still fixes that problem. If 
not, let me know.
