ISSUE-97 meter - Call for Change Proposals

ISSUE-97 was raised after the decision policy was put into effect, so at this time the chairs would like to solicit volunteers to write Change Proposals for this issue.

Shelley Powers has offered to draft a change proposal for ISSUE-97 by March 31, 2010.



If no Change Proposals are written by March 31, 2010 this issue will be closed without prejudice.
