Dave Hyatt has resigned as editor

Dave Hyatt has tendered his resignation as an HTML5 editor to the  
Chairs. We accept his resignation, and suggest that the remaining
editor should remove Dave's name from the draft at earliest  
convenience. If anyone has questions about this change, feel free to  
ask the chairs privately or on www-archive.
