Sam,

We have a large collection of test cases, which we are happy to add to.  
They are referenced from the current draft of my RDFa in HTML profile 
document at http://www3.aptest.com/standards/rdfa-html

The RDFa in XHTML test suite, from which I blatantly stole all of my 
tests, is referenced from the RDFa Syntax recommendation.  You can find 
a test driver and other information at
