rel=profile also for anchor elements

eRDF [1] incorporates the GRDDL glean-profile [2], which again 
incorporates <a rel="profile"> (that is: "profile" on anchor elements). 
Hence I suggest that link relations in general allow "profile" on both 
<a> and <link>. I also extended the WHATwg wiki with this proposal. [3].
