Re: Draft W3C Excerpt License (Re: WG Decision - spec license use cases)

There has been a suggestion that the W3C could derive revenue from 
printed (yes, I know, don't start) copies of the specs.  If anyone 
can 'derive' a complete copy, then that ability might be impinged. 
So it's possible that the right license protects our ability to make 
money.
