Editorial: Usage of "HTML5" in the spec

Please go through each occurrence of "HTML5" in the spec and remove it where it's not necessary, change to "HTML 5" where it refers to the specification, or leave intact otherwise.

1.4 History -> HTML 5
1.5.2 Compliance with other specifications -> HTML 5
1.7 HTML vs XHTML -> leave intact
2.2 Conformance requirements -> leave intact (except "HTML5 validator" should maybe be "HTML 5 validator")
2.4.2 Boolean attributes -> remove
