classid is listed in sequence for "the user agent must run the 
following steps to determine what the object element represents: ... "
but not in the listing of <object> element Global attributes.

An <object> can also can declare Global attribute name-value pairs in 
associated <param> elements and by other communication with the host 
DOM. .
