Table Inspector updated to new HTML 5 algorithm

For people interested in tables in HTML 5, the table inspector[1] has 
been updated to include the current HTML 5 algorithm as an option.

There is the possibility of bugginess so if you get weird behavior, 
please let me know and I will check if it is my problem or the spec's 
problem.
