No objections.

I personally liked Mike Smith's proposal (from back last year) just to 
use the empty string, but apparently that's just me.

The other thing that needs to be fixed in the spec is the requirement to 
only use that for XSLT 
(<http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=6336>).
