http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/#valid-floating-point-number

3.2. says "A series of one or more characters in the range U+0030 DIGIT ZERO
(0) to U+0039 DIGIT NINE (9)."

but 4.3. says "A series of characters in the range U+0030 DIGIT ZERO (0) to
U+0039 DIGIT NINE (9)."

Expected the latter to say the same as the former.
