Art, Sam, Chris,

[including Art as he was the chair for the Web Application Formats
WG, which published the Web Forms 2.0 WD]

I propose that we take the document the Geoffrey has produced, and
publish it at http://www.w3.org/TR/web-forms-2/ (in order to make
it clear that Web Forms 2.0 has been superseded by HTML5).

(Tracker, this is ISSUE-72.)

This fixes the link to HTML 5. Provided nobody can see any more stupid
mistakes, I see no reason why it can't be published as is.
