Section 4.1.5 (<http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/WebIDL/#es-interface>),
would seem to indicate that Firefox and Safari are correct and that
Opera and Chrome have bugs. (That seems kind of weird given that Chrome 
and Safari are both based on the same rendering engine though.)
